Description: Redex 5 mg Tablets contain tadalafil, a phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction and benign prostatic hyperplasia in adult men. For erectile dysfunction, tadalafil helps relax blood vessels in the penis following sexual stimulation, allowing increased blood flow and supporting improved erectile function. Sexual stimulation is required for the medicine to work. Redex 5 may also be used once daily to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia. How to Use:

Swallow the tablet whole with water. Take one 5 mg tablet once daily at approximately the same time each day. Do not take Redex 5 more than once a day. For erectile dysfunction, sexual stimulation is required for the medicine to work. Your doctor may adjust the dose according to your response to treatment.

For erectile dysfunction: Take one 5 mg tablet once daily at approximately the same time each day. For benign prostatic hyperplasia, with or without erectile dysfunction: Take one 5 mg tablet once daily at approximately the same time each day. Do not take more than once daily.

Do not use if you are allergic to tadalafil or any ingredient in the medicine. Do not take with nitrates or nitric oxide donors such as amyl nitrite. Do not use if you have serious heart disease, have had a heart attack within the previous 90 days, a stroke within the previous 6 months, low blood pressure, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or previous vision loss due to non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION). Consult your doctor before use if you have heart problems, sickle cell anaemia, multiple myeloma, leukaemia, penile deformity, or serious liver or kidney problems. Seek immediate medical attention for chest pain, sudden loss of vision, a severe allergic reaction, or an erection lasting more than 4 hours. Tell your doctor about all medicines you use, particularly alpha blockers, blood pressure medicines, riociguat, other erectile dysfunction treatments, ketoconazole, HIV protease inhibitors, anticonvulsants, rifampicin, erythromycin, clarithromycin, or itraconazole. Store below 30°C.
