Fenadex 180 mg Tablets contain fexofenadine, an antihistamine used to relieve symptoms associated with respiratory allergies, including hay fever and other allergic conditions affecting the respiratory system. It helps relieve common allergy symptoms such as runny nose, sneezing, itching of the nose or throat, and watery or itchy eyes. Fenadex should be taken with water. Fruit juices, particularly grapefruit juice, should be avoided around the time of administration because they may reduce the absorption of fexofenadine and decrease its effectiveness.
