Avialis 20 mg is a prescription medicine containing tadalafil, a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor indicated for the treatment of erectile dysfunction in adult men. Tadalafil works following sexual stimulation by helping relax blood vessels in the penis, allowing increased blood flow and supporting improved erectile function. The medicine does not produce an erection automatically and requires sexual stimulation to be effective. Avialis 20 mg may be prescribed when a lower tadalafil dose does not provide an adequate response. The tablet can be taken with or without food and may be taken at least 30 minutes before anticipated sexual activity. Its effect may remain for up to 36 hours after administration. The maximum recommended frequency for the 20 mg strength is once per day. This strength is intended for use before anticipated sexual activity and is not recommended for continuous daily administration. Treatment should be used according to the physician's directions and individual medical condition.
